Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary/Benefits: �24k - �42k + Training & Benefits
Due to continued success, our Client is seeking a qualified and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in the South East. Access to the M25 would be beneficial, for easier travel to various Client sites, including: Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority. The Essex-based company is a friendly and privately-owned outfit, who can offer comprehensive packages and healthy salaries for successful candidates.
Ideally, you will be based in or around: Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Billericay, Maldon, Wickford, Rayleigh, South Benfleet, Canvey Island, Grays, Rainham, Ilford, Enfield, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Epping, Stevenage, St Albans, Cheshunt, Dartford, Gravesend, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon.
Experience / Qualifications:
- You will be working as an Asbestos Surveyor or have previous experience within this role
- Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Excellent industry technical understanding
- Strong written skills
- IT proficient
The Role:
- Undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys, including: Management, Demolition and Refurbishment
- Writing thorough survey reports
- Producing detailed schematic drawings to accompany reports
- Discussing findings directly with Clients and answering any technical queries
- Working in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidelines
- Excellent opportunities for further training
