Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits �25k - �42k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with a reputable Asbestos Consultancy who hold a national presence. They are now looking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor in the Midlands region to cover predominantly Housing contracts. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable on HSG 264 guidelines and will have extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying duties in line with company and client requirements and agreed timelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guideline.
" Good IT skills, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Efficient communication skills.
The Role:
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines to carry out management, demolition, refurbishment, and re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Using information from site to create detailed reports on TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
