Aspiring STEM Teacher Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students, with groups of up to five.

Work with students inside and outside of the classroom to improve their attainment.
Collaborate closely with class teachers and external professionals to support a wide range of learners, including those with SEND.
Act as a role model and source of motivation for students in STEM subjects.
Essential Requirements: A 1:1 or 2:1 STEM degree from a leading UK university.
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
A strong, confident approach to behaviour management.
Enthusiasm for supporting SEND students and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
A proactive and empathetic attitude with a passion for STEM education.
