As an Assembly Fitter, you'll be part of a dynamic team working with cutting-edge tools and industry leaders in aircraft production. You'll have the chance to work on prestigious aircraft models like the A320 and A330 family, using advanced equipment such as zero gravity lifting and snap-on computerised toolboxes.
You'll work on a regularly rotating shift pattern, covering dayshifts and nightshifts (which include a premium shift payment of 38.5% of your salary). Occasionally, there'll be options for working bridging shifts and weekend shifts too.

What do I need?You'll already have Fitting experience from a previous role, ideally in an Aerospace or Automotive environment. We're looking for someone with:
- A completed Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
- The ability to follow technical drawings, specs, procedures, and test instructions.
- A desire to learn and understand the basic principles of production flow lines, and takt times.
- Knowledge of COSH and flow line methodologies is ideal, but not essential for you to apply
