Assembly Operators

Connect Appointments have a new in opportunity in East Kilbride for Assembly Operators.

This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent position:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:20am to 4:20pm - with an early finish on Friday
• £11.50 per hour

Working as an Assembly Operator, your duties will include:

• Maintaining daily work records
• Laying out components for assembly manufacturing operations
• Completing quality checks and paperwork every day to ensure company standards are met
• Communicating assembly productivity to the line manager
• Tool setting and tool management

To be successful in this Assembly Operator role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role or other fast-paced environment, combined with:

• Previous experience with hand tools
• The ability to read drawings (preferable)
• Strong organisational skills
