If so, we are looking to place you in our clients facility based in Newton Aycliffe. As a suitable candidate you will be asked to perform a variety of manufacturing tasks ranging from rigging, plumbing, electrical and sub assembly work whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Monday to Friday
Days: 07:00 - 15:00
Backs: 15:00 - 23:00
Nights: 23:00 - 07:00
Pay:
�16.47 p/h day shift
�19.77 p/h back shift
�21.41 p/h night shift
Overtime Monday - Saturday �24.71 p/h
Overtime Sunday - �32.94 p/h
Essential Requirements
Applicants should be able to demonstrate all of the Essential Requirements listed below:
- Able to perform a variety of painting and manufacturing tasks with good levels of dexterity
- Demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- The ability to work to deadlines and deliver to schedule.
- Ability to learn new manufacturing skills to a high standard
- Willing to learn new job skills - Kaizen, 5S and participate in improvement activities
- A willingness to work flexibly and a positive approach to work and working patterns
- To effectively work alone or within a team
- Be willing to take responsibility for own performance
- Have a 'Can do' attitude to supporting both manufacturing and other functions
Desirable skills/attributes
- Experience of working within a team environment as an effective team member.
- Experience of working with one or more of the following:-
- Preparation and painting of aluminium panels
- Electrical wiring
- Plumbing/pipework
- Carpet fitting
- Kitchen fitting
- Coachworks experience
