We currently have a�fantastic opportunity for an�Assembly & Test�Technician for a leading engineering company based in Netley, Southampton.

Introduction

The primary role of the Assembly & Test Technician will be to provide support to the engineering team with mechanical testing as well as the assembly, repair build of the site's products to high specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, preparation and testing mechanical assemblies.


• Recording and processing test result data


• Maintain strict company health and safety guidelines

Ideal Experience:

• Previous experience within�mechanical assembly or mechanical test�


• Ability to use hand tools


• Ability to read�assembly� / engineering drawings and work to instructions


• Attention to detail


• IT literate with Excel, Word, Powerpoint


• Any experience with composites, hydraulics, or 3D CAD would be an advantage

Hours:�Day Shift - Flex on start and finish times

Salary:��25,400 - �30,000
