About the Assessment Team:
The Assessment Team is at the heart of safeguarding, working on the frontline to assess the needs and risks of children and families. In this vital role, you will:

Conduct detailed assessments to identify risks, needs, and strengths.
Develop effective plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Collaborate with families and multi-agency professionals to deliver tailored interventions.
Handle a dynamic and diverse caseload in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Play a crucial role in early intervention, helping to prevent escalation of issues.

What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Current registration with Social Care England.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding frameworks, child protection legislation, and best practices.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
