Unique Management Opportunity – Exclusively Retained



Insight Executive Group is working exclusively on behalf of our client, St Andrew's Healthcare, to source an experienced Asset Lifecycle Manager to join a forward-thinking team.



Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates & Facilities, this vital position involves managing and enhancing the Estates & Facilities Asset Management System (AMS). You will ensure that our assets support the highest levels of service delivery in alignment with clinical excellence and regulatory standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and manage the Asset Management System, including the Asset Management Contract Manual.

  • Utilize the CAFM system to support strategic capital spend decisions through asset management information.

  • Guide operational teams to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and critical maintenance of Building Services Equipment.

  • Implement and manage site assessments, maintenance of utilities, and infrastructure budgeting.

  • Collaborate with the Hard Services FM Manager and Compliance & Governance Lead to provide technical service delivery expertise.



Ideal Candidate:




  • Demonstrated experience in developing Asset Lifecycle Management Systems and producing long-term strategic asset plans.

  • Proficient with CAFM systems, preferably MICAD, with the ability to adapt to new systems as needed.

  • Skilled in managing asset databases, forecasting maintenance needs, and planning costed work programmes.

  • Experience working closely with procurement to manage tendering, pricing, and valuation of maintenance and lifecycle projects.

  • Proactive in managing backlog maintenance and developing catch-up programmes to address backlog liability.
