Asset Management Surveyor

MMP Consultancy are currently seeking a Asset Management Surveyor for a Local Authority in London on an interim basis paying �29.62 an hour Umbrella/�22.62 an hour PAYE.
Job Requirements:
* Strong ability to collect and maintain accurate and comprehensive Stock Condition data.
* Undertake detailed stock condition surveys to inform long term investment decisions and build annual programmes of works.
* Undertake validation surveys and update existing stock data to ensure accuracy.
* Assist with quality control inspections on CIP programme.
* The scale and range of work being undertaken will vary according to the available financial resources.
* Ability to stick to business plans and service delivery plans and have ability to deal with tenants, contractors and external agencies.
