The RoleAsset Management/ Wealth Management Trade Support (Boutique Wealth Manager/ Family Office) - Fluent French Speaker needed*Please do NOT apply for this role if you do NOT have Fluent/ Business level French - thank you.*Martis Search are representing a Mayfair based, global Wealth Management business to hire a permanent multi-asset class Trade Support Analyst. The company trade a broad range of investment strategies i.e. multi-asset classes, Private Equity, Fund of Funds and Real Estate for global Ultra-High-Net-Worth Families, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals, Charities, Universities, Trusts and Corporate institutions.The position sits within their London Trade Support team on their London trading-floor and supports their various Portfolio Management/ Investment teams for all related Middle Office responsibilities. The company have a very healthy track-record and AUM to match.You must either be from an Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Family Office Middle Office background.The company offer a hybrid mix of working-from-home and also in-the-office, so you get the best of both worlds.You will be involved with the full Trade-Life Cycle and Investment Operations responsibilities, including:Check daily/weekly cash balancesFinalise trade data into the in-house reporting systemFollow-up on trading activity, verifying the execution terms for all our client’s portfoliosWork closely with portfolio managers on shared clients.Trouble-shooting with custodian banksProducing monthly/quarterly client valuationsProduce special client reportsMonitoring of corporate actionsReconciling and checking our positions with the valuation of the underlying custodianMaintain client informationOrganise and monitor documents filingAbout you:· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position within financial services· Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively; adaptable to working with different personality types· Comfortable working in a close-knit and demanding environment· Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking capacity and ability to work under pressure· Highly reliable and accurate with strong attention to detail· Efficient and proactive communication skills· Good command of usual MS Office applicationsYou would additionally benefit from:· Fluency in French· Experience in Private Equity fundsSalary £50,000 k pa - £60,000 k pa, plus very good bonus, pension, healthcare and other related benefits.
