Asset Manager (FM) – England - Mobile Role – Facilities Management - £59,860 Inclusive of car allowance An excellent new opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager to join one of the largest Facilities Management companies, based at their client’s site in England. Hours of work: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per weekSalary: £59,860 Inclusive of car allowanceBenefits: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, flexible benefits, Private health careLocation: England – Mobile role Role Responsibilities: To optimise the operating efficiency of assets and systems across account portfolio in line with ISO55001 best practices.To lead asset surveying and CAFM data upload projects to include the mobilisation and transition of new contracts and to lead the deployment of the Asset Management systems to existing contractsaudit accounts asset maintenance and asset management activities.assist with the implementation of asset management processes and procedures.lead the application of risk-based maintenance methodologies and support each Account Team with knowledge, training, and appropriate tools.drive continuous improvement in asset data quality in line with the Asset Data Standards.use data analysis techniques to highlight and inform site-based Asset / Contract managers of asset performance and data quality exceptions.monitor the use of planning and asset reporting strategiesThe Ideal Candidate: Demonstrable experience in asset management, asset surveying, lifecycle management, customer service and change management.Demonstrable experience in CMMS / CAFM systems.Extensive experience in Facilities Management operations.Institute of Asset Management Certificate and or Diploma.Knowledge of current statutory legislation related to planned maintenance and current statutory legislation relating to safe working practices.
