Job Title: Asset Manager - Offshore Operations

Who are we recruiting for?
We are working with a globally recognized leader in offshore oil & gas operations, specializing in Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) assets. This organisation is dedicated to operational excellence, asset integrity, and production optimisation, ensuring maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and regulatory standards.
As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and experienced FPSO Asset Manager to lead technical, operational, and financial performance of FPSO units in their global portfolio.
What will you be doing?

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of FPSO units, ensuring efficiency, uptime, and asset integrity.
\n
• Monitor and analyse production data to optimize output, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
\n
• Develop and execute maintenance and integrity programs, including inspections, corrosion monitoring, and reliability-centred maintenance.
\n
• Ensure full regulatory compliance, including adherence to IMO, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM, ISPS, and local offshore safety standards.
\n
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high operational standards.
\n
• Coordinate dry-docking, repairs, and major FPSO upgrades, ensuring on-time, on-budget project execution.
\n
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between offshore crews, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.
\n
• Liaise with regulators, government agencies, and offshore authorities to ensure operational and environmental compliance.
\n
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in FPSO operations and asset lifecycle management.

Are you the ideal candidate?

\n

\n
• A Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
\n
• 10+ years of experience in FPSO, offshore oil & gas, or floating asset management.
\n
• Strong knowledge of FPSO production, asset integrity, and offshore maintenance strategies.
\n
• Experience managing large-scale operational budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
\n
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance across onshore and offshore teams.
\n
• A deep understanding of offshore regulatory frameworks and best practices in safety and risk management.
\n
• Experience with FPSO commercial contracts, including lease agreements and service contracts.
\n
