Remuneration: Up to £28,000 -£33,000neg + profit related bonus

The role of the Assistant Branch Manager – Electrical Products will involve:

• Assistant Branch Manager role selling a wide range of premium distributed electrical products 


• The main customer base will be M&E contractors or end users such as: manufacturing warehouses


• Typical order values can range between £500-£8k depending on size and scope


• Take orders both in person & over the phone, up-selling where possible


• Assisting the branch manager with the day to day running of the branch


• Ensure stock levels are maintained & support with the purchasing


• Organise product deliveries from the branch for drivers


• Ensure customer service levels are maintained


• Help contribute to branch profit target as set by the branch manager


• Occasionally assist with deliveries on days where the driver is absent

The ideal applicant will be Assistant Branch Manager – Electrical Products with:

• Must have 2-3+ years electrical wholesale experience


• Would consider someone from a merchant background providing you have a basic knowledge/understanding of electrical products


• Must have a good telephone manner


• Must have a UK driving license


• Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic


• Exceptional organisational abilities


• Excellent communication skills at customer and interpersonal levels


• IT Savvy
