Assistant Buyer - Main Contractor

Our client are a well-established Main Contractor based in the Hertfordshire / North London area. They primarily deliver projects across the High End Residential sectors building both New Build and Refurbishment luxury projects.

The Role

My client are looking for a Assistant Buyer who will work alongside the Senior Buyer in helping procure all materials & plant buying for all construction schemes with your responsibilities including -

• Assisting with liaising and meeting with suppliers
• Site Visits to liaise with the site team to discuss the procurement schedule and plan accordingly
• Assisting with Placing Orders
• Assisting with Materials & Plant procurement

Salary depending upon experience will be up to �35k plus package. The client is also looking for the candidate to start ASAP.
