Key Responsibilities:
\n- Assisting with client and introducer updates.
\n- Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales.
\n- Drafting financial statements for sales transactions.
\n- Handling redemption statements from lenders.
\n- Managing and diarising enquiries, purchase contracts, and replies.
\n- Supporting with exchanges, completion letters, and financial packs.
\n- Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.

The Candidate\n- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
\n- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
\n- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
\n- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential.
\n- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
