They have a vast range of stock which allows them to cater to both the general public and their industry vendor partners, selling in excess of 100,000 vehicles per annum.Our client has a highly experienced leadership team and with the business being under pinned with market leading technology, this allows them to offer both physical and digital auctions to their customers.A truly unique opportunity to work in a high growth business, with limited risk, who have a fantastic name and reputation within the automotive sector.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our clients fast paced vehicle remarketing site in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of two administrators, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence happens across the site.This role requires a driven, organised individual who can think strategically and develop innovative solutions to customer service challenges.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of two administratorsDevelop and implement customer service policies and proceduresMonitor customer service KPIs and metricsMonitor and respond to customer feedbackAnalyse customer service data and trendsTrain and develop customer service representativesEnsure customer service quality and customer satisfactionManage customer service escalationsIdentify opportunities for improvementTechnical Skills:Proven experience in a management role, ideally within the vehicle remarketing or automotive industryExperience in analysing customer service data and metricsAbility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentPassionate about delighting customersAbility to identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfactionAbility to manage and motivate staffExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlinesHigh level of attention to detailIf you are interested in this role and have the necessary experience and skills, please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
