This global insurance group is now seeking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary on a full time, permanent basis.Reporting directly to the Group Company Secretary of the division, you'll play a key role in supporting key divisional subsidiary boards alongside the entity management work for a majority, UK focused group of subsidiaries (some non-UK also). The responsibilities will of course extend beyond this area and as such you'll ideally be able to work fairly autonomously at this level.Whilst imbedded in a team of around eight people, you'll be responsible for your own workload and also aid in the support and mentoring of more junior members. Experience of working within a financial services environment (especially insurance) would be strongly preferred alongside strong live minuting experience. This role and company offers exceptional flexibility when it comes to hybrid working/working from home. You'll ideally be spending 2 days per week in the office and the rest of the time home working/remote. A full job description is available on request.
