Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Acting as secretary to the Risk CommitteeAct as secretary to subsidiary companies, including the Group’s regulated subsidiary entity, with support from the Senior Assistant Company Secretary.Assist with completion of necessary filings with Companies House, FCA & NSM.Assist in the drafting specific sections of the Annual Report & Accounts as requested.Support the Senior Assistant Company Secretary in the organisation of the AGM, including preparation of initial drafts of the AGM Notice and ancillary documentation.Candidates should possess a meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion. Candidates must have 3+ years UK company secretarial experience.A background within a listed company is essential. This firm would have a preference for an individual with experience working within a regulated financial environment.
