Ladwa Recruitment are working with a highly reputable and prestigious professional services firm, to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary team to join their busy and growing Company Secretarial team. ***This opportunity could be based in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Aberdeen or Glasgow***. This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Secretarial/ Governance professional to join a large UK function. The team are responsible for corporate administration, entity management, minute taking, interim company secretary services, board governance and company law advice. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on corporate administration and meeting managementAdministration for AGMs, producing agendas, taking minutes & meeting correspondenceKeeping up to date with regulatory/statutory changesBusiness development and client relationship activitiesBilling activityThe ideal applicant will have previous experience of completing company secretarial work either in-house or in a professional services environment. They will also have experience acting as Company Secretary for a variety of client types. It would be advantageous if applicants have the Chartered Company Secretary qualification (or working towards the qualification).This is a unique opportunity , with continuous interesting and varied work.
