Essential Functional / Technical SkillsQualified Chartered Secretary (with around 10 years Company Secretarial and at least 6 years post-qualification experience) Experience and exposure within a company secretariat function (listed/international group_ including management/leadership, corporate reporting, corporate governance, the listed company framework, meeting services, shares and share plans and entity management. Board, Board Committee and Senior Management meeting service experience Strong technical understanding and practical experience of company secretarial and corporate governance best practice.Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, and other relevant legislation and regulationExcellent research, analytical, written and verbal communication skills with right first time outputsWorks with care and attention to detail.
