A leading Construction & Property Consultancy renowned for its innovative and dynamic approach is seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of educational projects, encompassing both Higher and Further Education sectors, as well as Healthcare and Retail schemes, from inception to completion.

The consultancy prides itself on its bespoke service, tailoring its approach to meet the unique needs of each project and client, ensuring success across a spectrum of refurbishments and large-scale new build schemes.

In this pivotal role, the incoming Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Senior team members on exciting projects, demonstrating an appreciation for and the ability to adapt to the specific requirements of the business and project at hand.

From working on refurbishments starting at �100k to steering large-scale new build schemes valued at �20m+, the successful Assistant Project Manager will ensure the highest standards of project delivery.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
• A valid UK driving license
• Previous experience working on construction projects
