We are recruiting an Apprentice Assistant Cost Consultant to join our team in September 2025.ROLE DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic London-based team on our Apprenticeship programme. This full-time, hybrid position entails the delivery of cost consultancy services for exciting and large-scale residential developments across the UK.In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, learning and undertaking cost management processes both pre- and post-contract, including:Cost planningSite visitsProcurement & tenderingValuationsVariationsCost reportingIn collaboration with our partners at the University of Westminster, you will enrol on a part-time BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management which is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
