Assistant ESG Manager

About the Company:Well regarded consultancy has an opportunity for an assistant ESG manager to join their ESG team after continued success. This role sits within the wider Property Management Division, focussing on delivering the ESG strategy for the division and supporting surveyors and site teams with ESG best practice implementation.About the Role:The role will support site-based property management teams in improving asset level sustainability performance, lead on strategic deliverables and support Surveyors and Client Relationship Managers with growing strong client relationships. They have ambitious plans to improve data accuracy and use in property management decision making, deliver ESG training for all employees within the division and provide best in class reporting to clients.Responsibilities:List the main job duties and what the role will entail.Support site-based property management teams in improving asset level sustainability performanceLead on strategic deliverablesSupport Surveyors and Client Relationship Managers with growing strong client relationshipsHave ambitious plans to improve data accuracy and use in property management decision makingDeliver ESG training for all employees within the divisionProvide best in class reporting to clientsQualifications:BSc/BA Degree in Sustainability or equivalentWorking towards a professional qualification IEMA or similarAt least 1 year experience within a Sustainability fieldExperience of working with sustainability data, including knowledge of energy, water, waste and carbonOr, you could be a surveyor with a passion for creating and managing sustainable buildingsCompletely IT literate with high level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointPay range and compensation package:£35,000 - £40,000 plus benefitsThey promote a healthy work life balance and flexible working.
