Assistant Estimator

Our client are an award-winning leader in the UK property and construction industry specialising in construction, civil engineering, facilities management, and property development.

They are recruiting for an Assistant / Graduate Estimator to join their business.

Role overview:

• As an Assistant Estimator, you'll be essential in facilitating the execution of projects. Your primary focus will be on estimating tasks. This position presents an excellent opportunity to develop in your career. You will be assisting the Estimating team in pricing competitive and negotiated tenders, whilst developing your skill set.
• Collaborate closely to define project needs, address challenges, and maintain consistency between projected expenses and project objectives.
• Participate in site inspections during tender phases to acquire supplementary insights influencing bids and identify potential hurdles to overcome for a competitive proposal.
• Execute any relevant tasks as assigned for the position.
