Assistant Estimator

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for an Estimator with new build and refurbishment construction experience.

Our client is a Construction Contractor, specialising in the commercial and industrial sectors and this a great opportunity to grow with an expanding and ambitious business.

Main Duties:

• Assist in administration and management of costs and contracts relating to projects.


• All aspects of work from the initial tender to final account and close out.


• Measure, record & value work unsupervised in accordance with appropriate rules and procedures.


• Review weekly, monthly, section programmes of works.


• Plan commercial activities to meet requirements of section programmes.


• Understand delay and disruption programmes.


• Collect information required to specify procurement requirements.


• Record and document information including registration of interest.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant Degree


• Experience within Construction


• Experience delivering projects up to 10 million +


• Great communication and management skills

Package:

• Basic Salary �55,000 - �60,000 DOE
