Assistant FOH Manager
Salary up to £45,000 per year

Things you will be doing as Assistant FOH Manager:
* Report to the Front Office Manager
* Complete daily tasks and duties rotas;
* Supervise all the Front Office teams at all times to ensure the best possible service for all external and internal clients;
* Keep track of people and serve as an information source for clients;
* Provide after-hours receptionist presence if required;
* Implement and streamline training for all Reception staff;
* Meet and welcome regular VIP guests
* Keep the booking system up to date at all times;
* Set up and maintain standards and procedures for the Reception department;

* Have experience in Luxury Hotels
* Are reliable, flexible and adaptable;
* Able to communicate in a calm, professional style;
* Have excellent telephone manners and interpersonal communication;
* Ability to work under pressure;
