We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for this independently owned restaurant just outside of Hull. The food is AA Rosette level and is somewhere you can be proud to work. A busy restaurant for both lunch and dinner, with extra outside seating during the warmer months. You will be an Assistant General Manager who has expeience in training and developing your team to deliver high standards of service. Attention to detail and warm service are essential. You will have excellent knowledge in food and as Assistant General Manager, you will ensure that your team understand too. You will have a good knowledge of wine and drinks and be able to advise the customers.
This role could develop into a role with more responsibility and so the ideal candidate will be someone who wants to stay and grow with the company. You will have good people skills and be able to work well with the kitchen team. You will be an Assistant General Manager who understands the finances of the business and how to achieve growth and profit.
