With over 70 dedicated staff, high turnover, and bustling atmosphere, we need a hands-on, organised Assistant General Manager to join our fantastic team!Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant and overseeing a large staff force is a must. Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management: Help oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of over 70 staff members in the absence of the General Manager.Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all three floors of the restaurant, maintaining an organized and productive environment.Customer Experience: Uphold the Angus Steakhouse reputation for excellence by ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Address and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and maximize profitability. Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging staff engagement and retention.Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
