What are we looking for in our Assistant General Manager:
Our Assistant General Manager will be responsible for t he smooth running of the hotel and play an important role in developing and directing the Swan team, realising the team's potential having a true understanding of motivating and inspiring.
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of guest service and customer excellence is maintained to delight our customers every time.
You will have great communication and organisation skills and be comfortable in a variety of settings. With pervious proven experience of working in a busy hotel you will lead from the front and understand fully all areas of operations.
To be successful you will have a proven hospitality background, managed a large team and have leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.
