Role Overview
As the Assistant General Manager of our newest venue, Stack Middlesbrough, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will help oversee all operational aspects of the site, assist the GM in leading our team, drive sales, and ensure we meet our targets. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and excels in communication with both managers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Training:
Act as a positive leader and role model. Train and motivate our large team to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
Business Management:
Confidently manage all aspects of a complex business, including business finance, to maximize sales and exceed KPI targets.
Financial Oversight:
Manage payroll and maintain labour efficiency within budget constraints. Conduct performance reviews and manage stock control to achieve maximum gross profits.
Guest Relations :Manage guest feedback and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Promotional Activities: Implement and drive promotional activities to boost venue visibility and attract more guests.
Requirements
Must Have:
Personal license.
At least 3 years of management experience in hospitality.
A minimum of 2 years as a Assistant General Manager in a high-volume venue.
Preferred:
Driving license.
First aid training certificate.
Experience with Zonal operational systems.
