We are looking for an Assistant Head Sommelier to join our passionate team. This role is a full time, permanent contract with exceptional training/qualifications and comes with fantastic progression opportunities.
EXPERIENCE WITHIN HIGH END DINING IS ESSENTIAL
Northcote is a 26 bedroom hotel with a Michelin star restaurant in the North West of England. We are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Assistant Head Sommelier to assist in the running of a very busy Sommelier department. Proud of our wine history, and the Master Sommeliers we have already made at Northcote
we want to continue to grow what is an already amazing story
and keep evolving and achieving further accolades.
Following a busy 2023 and with exciting expansion plans in the pipeline - we have an amazing opportunity to join an award winning team, where you can develop your skills and personality whilst progressing up the career ladder within a high end establishment.
This would be perfect for a current Sommelier looking for that next step into management or an existing Assistant Head Sommelier looking for better progression opportunities.
We are looking for a candidate with passion and committed to pursue a professional career.
We have created a personal training plan to train our Sommelier Managers to the highest standard within Michelin star service and to lay down a path for a committed individual who is focused on achieving.
