Key Responsibilities:
Support the strategic leadership and management of the school
Champion the development of the curriculum and teaching practices
Lead on key areas of school improvement, particularly in teaching and learning
Work closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure a positive school culture
Contribute to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
What We're Looking For:
Experienced educator with a strong understanding of primary education
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
Passion for delivering outstanding teaching and improving outcomes for all children
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Essential Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Previous leadership experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
