Assistant Landscape Architect

We are working with a dynamic Landscape Architecture practice specialising in landscape planning and visual impact assessments for a range of developments in both the public and private sectors, based around Banbury, Oxfordshire. Our client is looking to recruit a Junior Landscape Architect to join their growing team.
As an Assistant Landscape Architect, you will be involved in a mix of Residential projects. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3DS Max is essential.
Our client welcomes applications from candidates with design-related degrees who have a strong interest in pursuing a career within the landscape sector. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your skills will be required at the interview stage.

Assistant Landscape Architect Job Overview

Producing technical designs for a variety of projects.
Using design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborating effectively with design teams on various projects.
Working on projects across Residential sector.
Providing accurate project estimates.
Liaising closely with clients.

Assistant Landscape Architect Job Requirements

Recently graduated or up to two years of post-qualification experience
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe InDesign
A strong portfolio of work to present at the interview
Excellent work ethic and self-motivation
Experience or interest in the technical stages of projects and/or Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
Living in or around the Oxfordshire area
Full, clean driving licence

Assistant Landscape Architect Salary & Benefits

Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays
