Assistant Lettings Manager - Exciting Opportunity with Our Client
\n\nOur client has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of their flagship branches, working as part of a highly successful lettings team.
\n\nIn this role, you will take on a key leadership position, deputising for the Lettings Manager when required and providing essential support to the team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to step up or a current Assistant Manager seeking better career growth, training, and earning potential.
\n\nKey Requirements:
\n* Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential Lettings (essential)
\n* Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
\n* IT proficient with experience using MS Office packages
\n* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
\n* Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
\n* Ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team
\n* Full UK driving licence required
\n\nSalary & Benefits:
\n\nOur client offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
\n* Basic salary circa £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
\n* Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (commission & bonuses)
\n* Company car or car allowance

\n\nHours of Work:
\n* 5-day week:
\n* Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
\n* Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
\n* Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a weekday off when working Saturdays)
