Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with an established and fast growing financial services client who are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to start immediately. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to support the Head of Finance as they look to expand the team. You will be responsible for reviewing current processes, reporting and systems and driving process improvement and efficiencies to set the standard for success moving forward.
It will be a varied role with duties to include:

• Support with preparation of monthly management accounts production
• Financial reporting and variance analysis 
• Reviewing and maintaining the cashbook
• Cashflow reporting 
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• All month end duties including accruals, prepayments and journal posting
• Ad-hoc requirements to support the team

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills: - 

• CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified/ Part Qualified (Qualified by Experience will also be considered) 
• Financial services sector experience would be desirable but not essential 
• Self starter and able to work on own initiative 
• Available to start immediately is essential
