Just outside of Banbury , this fixed-term position until November 2025 promises to be both challenging and rewarding.

What You Will Do:

- Assist the Lead Breeder Accountant in providing financial control and support.

- Work closely with the Breeder Area Managers and Central Finance team to maintain high levels of financial governance.

- Be responsible for the site's weekly and monthly reporting, including Profit & Loss, Bridge to Budget, commentary, and KPIs.

- Ensure strict financial controls throughout the site, complying with accounting standards.

- Provide regular expenditure analysis versus budget to Area Manager and Budget Holders.

- Assist with the budgeting process and formal reforecasts as required, alongside ad-hoc reporting and holiday cover.

What You Will Bring:

- ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably within an FMCG environment.

- Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of financial analysis, cost management, and value creation.

- Excellent commercial awareness and experience in supporting a team to achieve its objectives.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

- The ability to build strong and effective working relationships across all key functions of the organisation.
