As the Assistant Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of management accounts, including financial reports and analysis.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Reconciling balance sheets and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve financial procedures and controls.

As the Assistant Management Accountant, your skills and experience will include:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Part-qualified or working towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or similar).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
