Job Description

Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a National Chartered Accountancy Practice in Leicester for a Assistant Manager Accounts to join their team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.
Role: Assistant Manager Accounts. 
Location: 
Leicester.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000. (based on experience, qualifications and interview performance)
Contract: Permanent.
Working: Hybrid.
Role Requirements:

  • (ACA/ACCA qualified) with a strong background in accountancy practice.
  • \n
  • Oversee and review the preparation of statutory and management accounts for a range of clients across various sectors.
  • \n
  • Provide hands-on support and advice to clients on financial reporting, tax compliance, and other business matters.
  • \n
  • Assist in managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value services.
  • \n
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring their growth and adherence to best practices.
