Overview
As an Assistant Manager in Business Transformation focusing on Process Excellence, you will be a key player in driving organisational efficiencies through innovative process improvement techniques. This client-facing role requires a strong background in Lean-Agile strategies, data analysis, and project management.
Requirements:
Lean Six Sigma : Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in process improvement.
Process Modelling : Proficiency in business process modelling, including process taxonomy with linkage to business risks and controls.
Problem Exploration and Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Data Analysis : Ability to analyse complex data and interpret results to support process improvement initiatives.
Operational and Process Excellence : Experience in developing and implementing efficient operational procedures.
Project Management : Proven experience in managing projects, with strong organisational and time management skills.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Our Agency Policy
