We are looking for an experienced assistant cafe manager to join an established and successful company owned high street food retail shop & cafe in Wimborne.

Assistant Manager - is this you?
Experience as an assistant restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation. Or a strong supervisor looking to step up.

A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
Excellent supervisory skills

A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
An understanding of cost, budget and wastage controls

Assistant Manager - main duties

Manage all day to day operations alongside the manager, including people, stocks & finances
Train and develop your team
Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
