The Assistant Manager role:

• Strong focus on driving CRM within your teams
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and achieve KPI's
• Maximise sales opportunities
• Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering store excellence
• Stay up to date with market trends

The Assistant Manager requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the luxury retail industry within ready to wear, accessories or footwear.
• Extensive experience driving CRM within your teams
• Strong organisational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Resilient and hard working
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
