We are currently looking for an experienced assistant manager to join the team, reporting into the General Manager, for a restaurant group who are leaders in the Spanish culinary scene, renowned for exceptional dining experiences, fresh premium ingredients and authentic Catalonian food in the heart of Chelsea.

The Assistant Manager will have:
- Experience as an assistant manager or highly experienced head waiter in a premium restaurant
- Passion for all things hospitality, delivering exceptional service
- A strong manager to support the General Manager
- Ability to guide the reception team and maintaining the highest of standards
- Impeccable standards
- Guest-centric
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail
- Professional and calm during busy services
