Assistant Manager - is this you?
Experience as an assistant/deputy restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a high volume, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
A passion for high quality food and drink
Exceptional customer service skills
A hands-on approach, keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed
The ability to supervise a team and train new starters
Some financial knowledge - cost/budget/stock/labour/wastage control
Assistant manager - main duties
Manage all day to day operations alongside and deputising for the GM
Train and develop your team
Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
Help to drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus
