Launching this spring, The Light Huddersfield is set to reimagine entertainment , offering unforgettable experiences where guests can enjoy films, bowling, mini-golf, karaoke, mouthwatering food, and so much more-all in one vibrant location!
We're on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Manager to lead our diverse array of over 18 thrilling competitive socialising and leisure activities . You'll inspire and guide our team to deliver top-notch hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest.
With your strong business acumen and dedication to excellence, you'll be a key player in driving our success while living our LIGHT values .

About You:
This position is ideal for individuals with hospitality or leisure experience who enjoy sports and team activities, and who thrive on an active lifestyle.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in managerial role in a hospitality or leisure- based business
Experience in delivering exceptional guest service
Able to lead by example, inspire teams and deliver outstanding results
Advanced knowledge of H&S regulations in order to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
Current Food Safety, Health and Safety, Fire Certification and Personal License holder
First Aid at Workplace qualifications highly desirable
Able to work with people of all ages and abilities, ensuring everyone's safety and well-being
Tech-savvy and confident in using technology and software systems
