Assistant MRF Manager

We are looking for an Assistant MRF Manager to join a dynamic waste management team in Exeter.
The Role:
As an Assistant MRF Manager, you will:

• Manage MRF operations and understand material processes and resourcing
• Oversee production of fibres and polymers, and quality control of outbound loads
• Ensure compliance with permits, licences, and Health & Safety regulations
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team to meet performance and customer needs
• Integrate Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems with organisational requirements
• Work towards achieving budget targets and improving site performance

The Candidate:
The ideal Assistant MRF Manager will have:

• Experience in Transfer & Commercial/Trade Waste Operations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Experience working to deadlines, objectives, and KPIs
• Experience managing P&Ls and setting budgets

The Package:
The Assistant MRF Manager role comes with:
