Assistant Production Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Production Manager to support our operations and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders so that stock product orders can be processed without delay, and non-stock orders can be planned into production, including material purchasing, external processing etc.
• Provide quotes for non-standard orders including accurate lead times and pricing.
• Monitor the production team to ensure timely production, and maintain quality at all times.
• Process orders to completion, despatch, and invoice.
• Identify opportunities of improvement, both efficiency and quality, and cost justify plans to implement new processes.

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with production planning and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, production management systems).
