Assistant Production Manager

We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Assistant Production Manager to help grow and harvest over 500 tonnes of delicious raspberries and blueberries every year!

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be supporting all aspects of raspberry and blueberry production, from growing to harvest.

This means helping with managing, training, and monitoring the performance of the supervising team and seasonal workers.

You'll oversee daily logistics and coordinate work teams, conducting training inductions for new employees.

Performing quality control checks on harvested fruit and implementing disease and pest control measures is all part of the day-to-day in this role.

About You:

Experience in soft fruit production is a plus, but what's more important is your natural affinity for people management and innovative thinking.

You'll be a confident independent worker with a willingness to learn and strong organizational and planning skills.

With this one, knowledge of Russian or Bulgarian would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
