Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Projects:

Warehouse refurbishments

Schools refurbishment

Residential Fit-Out & Refurbishments

Qualifications:

Ideally, candidates will possess an NVQ, HNC, or HND.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in running jobs and managing project timelines

Support in estimating project costs and resources

Conduct valuations and financial assessments

Shadow the Project Manager initially to gain insights and experience

Collaborate with the team to ensure project success

Requirements for the role:

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience at Assistant Project Manager level

Ideally the candidate will be degree qualified

Based in or local to Essex

Experience within the construction sector.

Interview Process:

The interview will be a two-stage process.
