Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cambridge

Package: �45,000 - �60,000 + package

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within the commercial team on a number of exciting projects in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager
• Administration of subcontract works packages
• Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
• Provide information to the Commercial team

Requirements:

• Experience working for a UK main contractor
• Ambitions to progress your career
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to undertake training and development
• Experience working on projects from �5m - �20m
